Baked oats are awesome because it's oatmeal that’s almost like cake...? But still oats. Yaaay breakfast cake.

q Directions

Preheat the oven to 375 F. Mix all of the listed ingredients (the extract should be coconut extract, not vanilla). Pour into an oven-safe dish sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake at 375 F for 28-30 minutes.

Top with with unsweetened shredded coconut, coconut cardamom almond butter (Jem Raw Organics brand), and a chopped up cocoa coconut Square Bar.
