Moist, easy, pretty and healthy muffins. Make these once and you will be making them over and over again.
Recipe: beat 3 eggs with 1 tsp baking powder. Add 1 tsp if cinnamon, 1/2 cup greek yogurt, 1 cup mashed very ripe banana, 2 tbsp poppy seeds and 1 tbsp melted coconut oil and mix. Now add 8 tbsp of coconut flour and mix again. Line your muffin tins and fill them with batter. Bake at 350F for 30 min. Enjoy.
