Quick and easy, low carb and healthy breakfast

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

Pancake recipe:
-2Tb coconut flour
-stevia, to taste
-1/4c egg whites
-2Tbs water

1. Mix together all ingredients
2. Cook like a pancake -OR- steam
1. Bring about 1in water to a simmer
2. Pour batter into a small glass dish
3. Put dish into water and cover water pot
4. Let steam until cooked through
(this is the method i used)

I topped with yogurt and blueberries.
