A quick and easy protein waffle recipe. I compiled a few different recipe suggestions together and came out with this masterpiece. I'm sure this could be used as pancake batter as well, but I haven't tried it yet.
1. Spray waffle maker with cooking spray
2. Combine dry ingredients
3. Add in wet ingredients and stir until a pancake batter consistency forms (If it seems too thick, add a TBSP of water at a time)
4. Add in desired mix-ins and pour onto waffle maker
5. Close the waffle maker and allow to cook for about 5-7 minutes (Mine has a green light indicator that told me when it was finished)
6. Serve with pride
