Crepe Cake
~with Chocolate Drizzle~
Ingredients:
~Crepe~
1/2 c (almond) milk
1/3 c (oat) flour
2 egg whites
2 stevia packets
~Cream~
6 tbsp Greek yogurt
1.5 tbsp maple syrup
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients for crepe well.
2. Cook over medium heat in 3 tbsp dallops. About 2 mins per side. I yielded 8 Crepes.
3. Combine cream ingredients. Layer with Crepes.
4. Drizzle on chocolate drizzle (1 tbsp cocoa powder and 1 tbsp syrup). Serve and enjoy.
