Low carb, high protein, low calorie alternative for your sammies :)
Mix all dry ingredients together
Add egg whites and yogurt and blend together well
Slowly add water by 1/4 cups
Add vinegar
Put large dollops on a greased baking sheet (~1/4c each or more)
spread out into circles, about 3-4in in diameter
Bake for 20-25min at 325F
Makes 10 (little bit larger than sandwich thins)
