A guilt-free, surprisingly satisfying treat

q Directions

For the mini cakes/muffins, combine the Following in a food processor (or mixing bowl); 4 small ripe bananas (process/mash alone first), then add 4 heaping T natural peanut butter, 1 cup oat flour, 1t baking soda, 5-6 packets nunaturals stevia, 1 egg, 1 heaping scoop vanilla whey (or other flavor of choice) , 1 T oat bran (can omit), 1T grapeseed oil, 1T chocolate PB2, 1T unsweetened cocoa powder, pinch of sea salt. Blend well. Fold in dark chocolate chunks at the end. I broke up 3 squares of Lindt 80% use whatever you please :) bake at 175C For 15-18 mins or until toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!♡
