Rich, moist, and delicious. :D The version I make is lactose free. I use AI sports nutrition "no whey" chocolate protein powder instead of the powder listed in the ingredients list.
cake part:
2 Tbsp. coconut flour
2 egg whites
2 Tbsp chocolate protein powder
3 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk
1/4 chopped up apple
1/4 cup raspberries
1/4 banana mashed
dash vanilla extract
sauce on top:
1 Tbsp coco baking powder
1/2 Tbsp honey
water to dilute
mix all cake ingredients in a mug. Microwave for about 2.5 minutes. Flip over into a bowl. Mix sauce ingredients in a separate dish. Add water until diluted to desired consistency. Spread on top of the cake. Enjoy!
