A sweet and tasty dairy/gluten/soy free pizza crust made entirely from superfoods!
Microwave sweet potato for about 5-6 minutes. Remove skin and discard or eat. Mash sweet potato. Add flour, quinoa, and egg whites and mix until well combined.
Lay out on VERY WELL GREASED cookie sheet. Cook for about 20 minutes at 425. Remove from oven and add desired ingredients (I used chicken, peppers, onions, artichokes, spinach, tomato sauce, and spices). Cook for an additional 15 minutes.
