Super low-fat yet moist and delicious!

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

• 1 cup Oat Flour (oats in the blender)
• 1/3 cup Pastry Flour
• 2.5 scoops @Cellucor Red Velvet Cake Batter Whey
• 1.5 tbsp Special Dark Cocoa Powder
• 1 egg + 1/3 cup egg whites
• 3/4 cup non-fat Greek Yogurt
• 1 cup Light Vanilla Almond Milk
• 4 packets Truvia Sweetener
• 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
• Top off with 1.5 tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips & 12 Mini Marshmallows (1 for each muffin)

Bake for 14-16 minutes at 350. I check every minute starting at 14 minutes, and take them out while the center of the tops are still a little under-cooked.
