This is probably my new favourite way to eat eggs. Pack with protein from the egg whites and chicken breast, this way you can have your cake and eat it too ;)
1. Preheat the oven to 375
2. Grease and line a circular pie pan
3. In a bowl, slowly add in all ingredients to the egg whites and gently mix everything together, then evenly distributing the mix into the pie pan
4. Sprinkle with seasoning
5. Bake for 40 minutes or until the eggs are set and cooked
6. After letting it cool for a bit, remove from the pan and slice into pie pieces
7. Top each piece (except one) with guacamole, then layer one on top of each other as pictured!
