³ Description

favorite boardwalk treat reinvented in a healthy way packed with protein and even with a @questnutrition surprise!!

² Ingredients

q Directions

Ingredients
•1/2 scoop vanilla whey
•2 TB oat flour
•1 TB coconut flour
•1/2 TB chia seeds
•3 TB liquid egg whites
•1/4 cup almond milk
•5 drops vanilla creme stevia
•1/4 tsp baking powder
•opt. 1/4 tsp butter extract
•pinch of salt
•OPT. 1/2 Double Chocolate Chunk Quest Bar, chopped up

Combine all ingredients well, and allow to sit until the chia seeds soak up (I placed mine in the fridge, worked out, came back about an hour and a half later and it was completely ready)... Once chia seeds have soaked up, stir in quest bar chunks and heat a pan over low/medium heat with coconut or olive oil. THIS LOW TEMP IS KEY!! YOU WANT TO COOK LOW AND STEADY SO YOUR FUNNEL CAKE HAS TIME TO FLUFF UP!! Now, drizzle your funnel cake batter into the pan with a large spoon in whatever shape you desire. Cover with a lid, and patiently wait for your funnel cake to puff up and cook through:)

I topped mine with protein powder mixed with coconut sugar:D
