Garlicky Spinach Egg Sammies

Cooke eggs sunnyside up or any way that keeps the eggs runny. While that is cooking saute the spinach with the minced garlic on a pan in coconut oil until soft.
Top spelt cakes with the spinach and then the eggs. Enjoy!
