  •  1 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Jay Robb Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  •  4 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp) Tone's 100% Pure Vanilla Extract
  •  8 serving (serving = 1/2 tsp) Truvia Baking Blend
  •  0.2 serving (serving = 1 cup) Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Vanilla
  •  0.2 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Wegmans 0% Fat Greek Yogurt Plain
  •  2 serving (serving = 2 pancakes) Trader Joe's Toasted Coconut Pancake Mix

-Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
-Mix all ingredients in large bowl
-Grease muffin tin with coconut oil
-Fill up 4/6 large muffin tin holes or if using a regular size muffin tin the batter should make 6
