Protein oatmeal with a nutty banana melty butterscotch twist.

² Ingredients

  •  1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
  •  1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Whole Foods Market Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 cup dry) Bob's Red Mill Organic Whole Grain Extra Thick Rolled Oats
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 packet) Truvia Sweetener
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Peanut Butter & Co Mighty Maple Peanut Butter
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Hershey's Butterscotch Chips
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Nutiva Coconut Chips
   

q Directions

-Heat oats with protein, Truvia and 1 cup water for 2 min mixing every 30 seconds
-Top with butterscotch chips and melt for 15 sec, cut nanner in half and put it around oats on a plate and then add the rest of toppings
-Melt peanut butter for 15 seconds in the microwave before adding it to oats
