I love Gingerbread! These bars are perfect for anyone. With Raw and Vegan options.
Put all dry ingredients into blender or food processor and pulse until flour
Mix together sweetener, syrup, and 1c of almond milk
Blend until smooth while adding almond milk as needed
Either bake for 30 min at 325F
OR
Freeze for at least 1hr
Vegan
*replace casein w/ pea or rice protein, total amount of protein powder should equal 134g
*replace greek yogurt with pureed tofu or vegan yogurt (ie coyo)
