Healthy Cheesecake...need I say more.

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

Mix together 2T almond meal and 1/2T apple sauce and press into mini spring form pan
Bake at 350 for 10-15min

Dissolve gelatin in 1/4c boiling water
Blend together rest of ingredients. Add gelatin
Pour into crust. Mix in raspberries.
Let set in fridge for at least 2hours
