Delicious gluten-free alternatives to traditional tortilla wraps!

² Ingredients

  •  1/2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
  •  0.2 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Organic Valley Organic Egg Whites
  •  1 dash Sea Salt
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Arrowhead Mills Organic Buckwheat Flour
   

q Directions

Put all ingredients into a bowl and whisk very thoroughly to remove any clumps that may form. Brush a bit of extra virgin olive oil onto a nonstick pan and pour half the batter in, spreading it very thin. Cook on medium heat until there are brown sport on the bottom (2-3 minutes) and then flip and cook the other side. Makes two tortillas.
