Delicious guilt & gluten free pizza!

² Ingredients

  •  100 g Sweet Potato (Without Skin, Cooked, Boiled)
  •  2 large Egg White
  •  1/3 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) 365 Chia Seed
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 rounded tsp) Vitamin Shoppe Psyllium Husks
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Kroger Baking Powder
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Arrowhead Mills Organic Buckwheat Flour
  •  1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  •  3 serving (serving = 1 slice) Navidul Serrano Ham
  •  30 g Goats Cheese (Soft)
  •  3 nut Walnuts
  •  3 medium (2-1/4" dia) Figs
  •  1 tbsp Honey
   

q Directions

1. Preheat oven to 200C/400F.
2. Blend all ingredients for the crust(Sweet Potato, Egg whites, Chia seeds, Husk, Baking powder, Buck wheat flour & Cinnamon) with a hand blender.
3. Let it set for 10 minutes.
4. Bake on greased baking sheet (I got 3 mini pizzas) for 10 min.
5. Flip the pizza.
6. Top pizza with serrano ham, goat cheese, walnuts & figs and bake for another 7-10 minutes.
7. Drizzle honey on pizzas.
