A super healthy twist on already yummy and quick overnight oats.
This is my green overnight oats. How vibrant is it? Recipe: mix 1/3 cup of rolled oats, 1/2 tbsp chia seeds, 2 tbsp plain greek yogurt and stevia or honey to taste. Now blend 2/3 cup of almond milk with a handful of spinach and add to the mixture. Mix and leave overnight in the fridge. Enjoy your green pudding in the morning. You do NOT taste spinach at all unless you add a ton of it. Feel free to add nuts, raisins or nut butter. Spinach is not gonna interfere with the taste. Enjoy.
