² Ingredients

  •  2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
  •  1 large Egg White
  •  1.25 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Progresso Italian Style Bread Crumbs
  •  12 serving (serving = 1 stick) Sargento Light Mozzarella String Cheese
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1/3 cup) Bob's Red Mill Whole Grain Oat Flour
  •  2 serving (serving = 1/2 second spray) PAM Original No-Stick Cooking Spray

Ingredients
- 12 sticks of string cheese
- 1 egg white
- 2 T oat flour
- 5 T Italian bread crumbs
- 2 T Parmesan cheese
- Cooking Spray
- Sauce for dipping (optional)

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and spray a lined a baking sheet with cooking spray
2. Cut cheese sticks in half (24 slices total) then freeze slices in the freezer until completely frozen
3. Beat the egg in a small bowl
4. Use a separate bowl to combine the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese
5. Dip the frozen cheese stick in the oat flour, then egg, then bread crumb mixture
7. Place breaded cheese sticks on the baking sheet
8. Bake for about 8-10 minutes, or until crispy
9. Serve hot with sauce

Note: If you want the cheese to be more gooey, bake the sticks for longer, but make sure to watch very closely so they don't completely melt out. If you want the coating crispy, broil for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
