Easy, yummy, healthy. Don't feed your children Mcdonalds junk.
Love my healthy chicken fingers. So easy to make and they taste much better thank junk they sell at mcdonalds. Recipe: I mix 1 lbs of extra lean chicken or turkey with 1 chopped white onion and salt/pepper. Next I use golden flax instead of bread crumbs. I mix flaxmeal with my favorite spices. Now, simply shape your meat into balls or fingers and roll in one egg white lighy whisked and then in flax. I either bake them or fry with just a little coconut oil on a non stick pan. They taste so good and my family just loves them. You can make these using tilapia.
