Homemade delicious poppers that will rival any store bought product, but with much less sodium & fat!

² Ingredients


q Directions

- Cut jalapeno peppers in half & remove seeds from the inside so they are hollow
- Pip no fat cream cheese into the middle of the peppers
- Dip each filled pepper in egg & then lightly in mixture of seasoned Panko breadcrumbs (pepper, salt & garlic powder)
- Set them on a cookie sheet vertically so the cream cheese doesn't ooze out while baking
- Bake at 400F for 35mins flipping twice to make them crispy all over!
