Oh that moment when you bite into the chocolate and you hear that crack kinda like in magnum commercial The combination of salted dates with peanut butter and chocolate is unbelievable.
ake 3-4 super soft medjool dates and mash them with a fork and add just a pinch of sea salt. Separately mix 4 tbsp #pb2 with milk or water till you achieve a very thick consistency. Now spoon 3-4 peanut butter "cookies" on to the parchment paper and top with mashed dates. Send them to the freezer for 15-20 min. Then I melted a 3 squares of #raw #vegan chocolate and rolled frozen treats in them. Send back to them freezer for one minute.
