Homemade chocolate, healthy option for that sweet tooth, here is the basic recipe for the chocolate, anything can be added to the mixture before freezing, I added sultanas, pecans and cashew nuts to make fruit and nut chocolate

q Directions

Melt the coconut butter (also known as creamed coconut in the UK) and coconut oil in a small pan on a very low heat, keep stirring so it doesn’t burn
Remove from the heat Add the cacao powder, stevia and agave nectar and mix well, a smooth sticky dough like consistency will form
Add fruit and nuts of your choice (optional) Spread (about ½ inch thick) onto a tray lined with grease proof paper and freeze for 1 hour
Remove from freezer and cut into 24 chunks (6x4), for storage keep refrigerated
