The perfect energy bar - all natural, raw, unprocessed, unsweetened... and totally delicious! Only 4 ingredients, and takes minute to make!

² Ingredients

  •  1/2 cup Roasted Unsalted Cashew Nuts
  •  9 date, pitted Medjool Dates
  •  1/2 cup, whole Almonds
  •  4 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Whole Foods Market Natural Peanut Butter
   

q Directions

Place almonds and cashews in food processor, pulse into small chunks, then pour into bowl.

Add peanut butter and pitted dates into food processor, mix until it forms a paste - (add water, if needed, then add to bowl.

Mix with hands, then press mixture into a square cake pan lined with wax paper. Place in fridge to set, then take out and slice into 12 bars.
