This is easy to make ahead of time and eat right before or after a workout.Or maybe your just in need of a quick snack to kill a sweet tooth!
ðŸ‹1 C oats
ðŸ‹1/4 c vanilla protein powder
🋠1/4 C or whole packet Lemon sugar free pudding mix ( add more if u want more lemon flavoring)
ðŸ‹4 stevia packet (I use nunaturals or @sweetleafstevia )
ðŸ‹1 C Greek yogurt
ðŸ‹12 drop coconut extract
ðŸ‹1 tsp baking powder
ðŸ‹1 tsp baking soda
ðŸ‹Topping: 2 Tbs shredded coconut
Mash everything together but the baking soda and powder until completely blended. Add in the BS and BP mix and let is set a few minutes and mix again( these change the consistency make it more dough like) refrigerate for 30 min to late flavor mesh together or of you can't wait enjoy now. TOP with the shredded coconut!
