LOW CALORIE/ LOW CARB / PALEO / PRIMAL BREAD. Recipe:
1 organic egg
2T greek yogurt
1T coconut flour
1/8t baking soda
1/4t baking powder
pinch of salt
Mix the egg and greek yogurt together. In a separate bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients.Add dry to wet, and mix until it gets thick (a couple of minutes). Spread out on a greased pan on medium heat (it WILL rise, so keep that in mind when you spread it out). Cook for a few minutes on each side.
