~MANGO CHIA PANCAKES~
(Makes 6 Medium Pancakes)
In a Bowl, Mix:
1/2 Ripe Banana, Mashed
1/2 Cup Oat Flour
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (more if needed)
1/2 TB Chia Seeds
1/8 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 Cup Mango, Diced
Fold in 1 Whipped Medium Egg White
Cook on flat griddle, lightly sprayed with coconut oil - low heat
