A huge bowl of delicious, warm, creamy cauliproats that will have everyone fooled!
Rice your raw cauliflower (in a blender or with a grater) and then place riced cauliflower, oat bran, coconut flour, water, stevia, and desired extracts in a pot on the stove and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly. Once all liquid is absorbed, whisk in two egg whites. Keep whisking so that it becomes creamy and smooth, without any clumps. When everything is thick and fully cooked, remove from heat and whisk in protein powder (must be a blend, such as Quest, Trutein, or Pescience--pure whey will work, but it will not thicken up as much). Enjoy plain, or with desired toppings!
