Who doesn't love caramel apples? now you can enjoy them even more with this healthier, higher protein version made with an apple pie quest bar.
Ingredients
- 1 apple pie quest
- 1/4 cup diced apple
- splash water
- sprinkle cinnamon
- 1 tbsp date caramel
- 1 tbsp peanuts
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate dreams pb
Directions
1) Microwave your quest bar for 10 seconds until soft. Mold into a pie shape and bake at 350 degrees for ~8 min. Set aside to let cool.
2) dice your apple and add a spoonful of water and sprinkle of cinnamon then microwave for ~45 seconds until soft. Spoon into your quest then add your peanuts and top off with a drizzle of date caramel and dark chocolate dreams pb.
