q Directions

To make crust:
In a small bowl, Mix:
2 TB Unsweetened Apple Sauce
2 TB Ground Flax Seed
1 TB Almond Flour
1 TB Oats
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
(add sweetener if desired)

Spoon into 4 lightly greased cupcake molds (pat down)
Bake for about 15 minutes (or until lightly browned around edges)
Remove from oven & let cool slightly before adding topping

For the “filling”:
In a bowl, Mix:
1/2 Cup Mashed Cooked Sweet Potato
1/2 Cup Chopped Mango
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
2 teaspoons Oat Flour
(add sweetener if desired)

Top crusts with filling
Optional: Top with Crushed Dry Walnuts

Bake for 12-15 minutes
