Delicious for breakfast or dessert!
Mix all pancake ingredients together in bowl, adding baking powder and soda last. Add additional sweetener if desired (chocolate greens has stevia leaf) Heat pan on stove on medium heat. Pour batter into pan to form pancakes, cook until set, flip. Layer and top with desired ingredients. Greek yogurt and cottage cheese mixed with chocolate or coconut is a great easy option.
Note: Makes two servings or one large serving
