² Ingredients

   

q Directions

Put 1/4 cup oats, 1 cup water, 1/2 tbsp chia seeds, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla extract in a pot and bring to boil

When there is almost no water left add in 1/3 cup egg whites and mix vigorously until cooked through.

Once done cooking mix in 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce and 1/4 chopped apple.
