³ Description

The perfect on the go snack high in protein and just delicious!

² Ingredients

q Directions

Preheat oven at 350. Mix your ingredients for dipping your Bread Base: egg whites, almond milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract and maple syrup. Then dip your bread for 2 to 3 min on each side depending on the density of your bread. When the bread has absorbed most of the mixture on both sides place in your skillet and pour over the remaining mixture on top of the bread. Leave for 1:30 min on each side or until lightly browned. Put in a bowl while still hot and mash your bread like bread pudding then add the protein powder and your nuts and berries. Mix until even and put your mixture in wax paper with pan and make 4 bars like in the picture. I topped mine with more almonds, crushed cashews. Then place in the oven for 30 min or until browned. Let the bars cool when done and a drizzle chocolate PB and regular PB like in the picture and you will be done. Peace Out
