First, grind your oats into a flour. Then add the protein powder, coconut flour, egg whites, baking powder, orange extract, butterscotch extract (not listed in the ingredients, use 1/2 tsp), and stevia. Blend again until evenly mixed. Spray your waffle maker with a nonstick spray and cook! They can also be made like pancakes if you don’t have a waffle maker. Make your ginger cream by using a handblender to mix the cottage cheese, yogurt, stevia, vanilla extract, and ginger. Make the chocolate drizzle by mixing the cocoa powder, stevia, and almond milk. Assemble your lovely stack and enjoy!
