² Ingredients

  •  4 serving (serving = 4 oz) Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
  •  4 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Tostitos All Natural Chunky Salsa (Mild)
  •  2 large Egg White
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 cup dry) Quaker Old Fashioned Oats
  •  2 tsp Garlic Powder
  •  2 tsp Onion Powder
  •  1 tsp, ground Oregano
  •  1 tsp Paprika
  •  0.334 tbsp Basil
  •  3 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Hunt's 100% Natural Tomato Sauce
  •  1 cup, chopped Bell Peppers
  •  1/2 cup, chopped Onions
  •  4 serving (serving = 1 slice) Butterball Low Fat Turkey Bacon
   

q Directions

Preheat the oven to 350F. To make the meatza base, mix 1 lb 99% lean ground turkey, 1/2 cup all natural salsa, 2 egg whites, 1/2 cup raw old fashioned rolled oats, 2 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp onion powder, 2 tsp oregano, 1 tsp paprika, and 1 tsp basil. Spray a baking tray with nonstick spray. Spread your meat mixture on the tray, forming a large round base. Then bake at 350F for 25 minutes.

Make the tomato sauce. Mix 3/4 cup hunts all natural tomato sauce, 2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp oregano, and 1 tsp basil. Spread this on your baked meat base.

Add whatever toppings you want on top! I used 1 cup chopped red and yellow bell pepper, 1/2 cup chopped onion, and 4 pieces of turkey bacon chopped. Bake another 10-15 minutes at 350F.

Slice into 8 pieces and enjoy!
