stir fry vegetables with quinoa

² Ingredients


q Directions

1 cup broccoli
4 garlic cloves
1 carrot
1/8 caraway seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric
6 pieces cashew nuts
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp fresh ginger
1 red chili whole
Chili powder
Black pepper to test
3 Paksoi leaves chopped (bok choi)

3/4 cup cook quinoa
1/4 cup corn cooked
Sesame seeds and green onion for garnish..

Stir fry the garlic cloves, paksoi steams, cashew nuts and broccoli and add soy sauce, chili, black pepper just make half cooking and let veggies to be tender. Add a tablespoon water to help cooking..
Mix the quinoa and corn with the veggies and cook for about a minute more
