Cut the pumpkin in small pieces and boil it, add the oats and small stick of cinnamon. Cook until water evaporate, add the coconut milk and keep cooking until it get a cream texture. Topping it with yacon syrup or honey, apple, nuts and raisins. Sprinkle with cinnamon as topping
