² Ingredients

  •  2 serving (serving = 4 oz) World Catch Tilapia Fillets
  •  1 large Egg White
  •  1.5 tsp Garlic Powder
  •  1.5 tsp Onion Powder
  •  1.5 tsp Paprika
  •  1 tsp Black Pepper
  •  3 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Kikkoman Panko Japanese Style Bread Crumbs
  •  6 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp) McCormick 5th Season Chili Powder
  •  1 tsp Sea Salt
  •  2 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp) McCormick Ground Cumin

q Directions

In a small bowl pour in one egg white, place bowl to the side. In another bowl mix 1 1/2 cup of Panko Flakes, 1 ½ teaspoon Smoked Paprika, 1 ½ teaspoon Ground Cumin, 1 ½ teaspoon Chili Powder, 1 ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder, 1 teaspoon Onion Powder, ½ teaspoon of Salt, ½ teaspoon of Pepper. Pour the flake mixture into a plate and line up your bowl with the egg white next to it. Cut 2 Tilapia Filets down the middle and separate, you will have now 4 Tilapia pieces. Take one piece at a time and dip it into the egg white then firmly pressing the tilapia piece into the panko mixture, next on a hot pan with a little bit of coconut oil, sear each piece for 4 mins on each side. The pan must be hot enough to get a crispy texture or it will be soggy. Once cooked place on a bed of shredded lettuce topped with salsa or guacamole!
