Chocolate Peanut Butter Parfait
Layer 1: Mix 2 1/2 teaspoons chocolate casein, 1 tablespoon plain greek yogurt, and slowly add small amount of milk till you have the texture you desire.
Layer 2: Enjoy Life Mega Chunks
Layer 3: Mix 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla casein, 1 teaspoon natural peanut butter, and again water slowly!
Layer 4: Sunspire peanut butter chips.

My nutrition facts based on exact ingredients I used: 160 calories, 7 grams fat, 11 grams carbs, 15 grams protein, 1 gram fiber!

Blueberry Vanilla Creme
Layer 1: Blueberries (1/4 cup total!)
Layer 2: 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla casein, 1 tablespoon plain greek yogurt, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Mix adding water slowly till the right fluffy consistency.
Layer 3: Crushed Glutino Sesame Pretzel rings. (I used 4 total!)

My nutrition facts: 110 calories, 2 grams fat, 13 grams carbs, 7 grams protein, and 1 gram fiber.

Cinnamon Peach Parfait
Layer 1: Puffins Original Cereal crushed up. (I used 1/4 cup for whole parfait!)
Layer 2: 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla casein, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 5 drops liquid stevia in cinnamon...and again small amount of water slowly added!
Layer 3: Peaches cut into small pieces (Used 1/4 peach total!)

My nutrition facts: 80 calories, 2 grams fat, 13 grams carbs, 7 grams protein, and 4 grams fiber.
