³ Description

A yummy way to start your day. I make these on meal prep day and keep them in the fridge for an easy clean item to grab and go.

² Ingredients

q Directions

*3/4 cup mashed banana (about 1 large 🍌 banana)
*3/4 cup or 12 tablespoons egg whites
*1/2 cup Greek yogurt
*3/4 cup oats (use ones specifically labeled gluten free if sensitive!)
*2 scoops vanilla protein
*1/4 cup stevia or about 12 packets
*1 teaspoon baking powder
*1 teaspoon baking soda
*1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1.) Preheat oven to 350, spray muffin tins, or use silicon liners. *Regular paper liners tend to stick from my experience!*

2.) Place all the ingredients in food processor or blender and blend till smooth.

3.) Divide between 12 muffin tins and bake for 15 minutes.

A great idea...that I have done before is change it to chocolate protein powder and add a few dark chocolate chips on top. So yummy. Of course macros will alter depending on ingredients as always.
