Layered and gorgeous. They taste amazing. Give it a try.
Overnight banana oats: 1/3 cup oats, 3 tbsp ff greek yogurt, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/2 tbsp chia seeds, 1/2 ripe banana mashed, 2 tbsp pb2 and stevia.
Jelly: 3 strawberries microwaved and mashed. Mix with stevia and chia seeds and leave in the fridge.
Now layer oats and jelly and leave in the fridge overnight.
