A yummy pancake with a combination of peanut butter and cinnamon!
Mix all ingredients together in a processor. Heat up fry pan and pour batter in, let brown on each side before flipping.
For the pancakes:
2 tbsp almond milk
2 tbsp plain yogurt
1/2 scoop protein
For the topping I mixed together 1/2 scoop protein powder, 1/2 tbsp honey, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp almond milk. You can also add more water to get better consistency!
