These Donuts are sooooo delicious and 102 Calories each with a yumm-o peanut butter frosting! Who doesn’t want to have chocolate for breakfast?! Try my lovely protein donuts today.
Directions for Donuts:
-Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
-Grease donut pan with coconut oil spray
-Melt coconut oil in microwave for 30 seconds
-Mix together donut ingredients (Oat Flour to Truvia)
-Pour batter into pan
-Cook for ten minutes
-Repeat above steps to make 6 more donuts
Directions for frosting:
-Mix together frosting ingredients (PB2 to Protein)
-Let cool in the fridge while donuts bake
-Once donuts cool flip donuts upside down and coat with frosting
-Top donuts with sprinkes, chocolate chips, mini peanut butter cups..etc.
