These oats are autumn in a glass! Pecan pieces, pumpkin, dried fig mixed with apple pie spices vanilla protein oats and greek yogurt!

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

Mix in bowl
Oats
Pumpkin
Pecans
Cut up Figs
Apple pie spice
Cinnamon
Liquid toffee Stevia
Cookie Butter (from trader joes)
Vanilla Protein Powder
Almond milk to cover
Mix together and let sit over night!
The next morning layer plain Greek yogurt
Oat mix
cut up bananas
until you reach the top of the glass!
Top with more pecans
Figs
And bananas
NOW CRUSH!!!!!!!!
