q Directions

Ingredients for cake:
~1T ripe banana, microwaved for ~1 minute
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup egg whties
2T oat flour
1.5T coconut flour
1T vanilla whey
1t instant cofee
1/2 pack stevia
1/2t baking powder

For Swirl
1t Instant coffee
1/4t cinnamon
1/4 pack stevia
~1T water

Add milk to microwaved banana, add remaining cake ingredients and mix well. Swirl the coffee cinnamon mixture into the top, and microwave for ~2:55 minutes
