Happy Friday FitFam Started my AM w/ a protein packed breakfast "Sautéed Garlic Spinach w/ Taco Ground Turkey & Egg Drool"
Sauté: 1 tbsp EVOO 1 clove garlic finely minced 1 jalapeño diced small Let it cook on med heat until garlic starts to lightly brown, then add: 7 oz lean ground turkey Seasoned with: 1 tbsp Mrs Dash Taco seasoning 1/2 tsp ground white pepper 1 tbsp tomato purée (homemade, 1/2 a tomato in your food processor) Once ground turkey is fully cooked, add: 2 cups raw spinach Turn heat off. Mix thoroughly w/ ground turkey. Plate your mixture for 2 servings. Then top each with a sunny side up egg per plate. I added 1 tsp of crushed red pepper flakes each for an added kick.
