It's that time of year! A seasonal delight for a post-workout treat.
For the waffles mix the following in a bowl; 1/4 cup oat flour, 1/4 canned pumpkin puree, 1tsp coconut flour (can omit, I just wanted to thicken up the batter a bit), 3 egg whites, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/2 a scoop vanilla whey. Cook the yummy batter up in a pre- heated and sprayed waffle maker and enjoy! I topped mine with Walden Farms chocolate syrup (calorie free). You can top with anything you choose.
