Isnt it so pretty. Enjoy yummy pumpkin waffles guilt free. Give this a try and let me know what you think.
Recipe: blend 1 egg, 2 tbsp 1%cottage cheese, 2 tbsp pumpkin puree, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/3 cup oats and 1 tbsp almond milk. Blend away and cook in a waffle maker. For the sauce I mixed pb2 with peanut butter and some almond milk to loosen up the mixture. Top with sliced bananas and juuuuuust a few dark chocolate chips and unsweetened coconut flakes
